Our academy model for professional development is premised on
the importance of relationships. The work of teaching is tightly
bound to the ways we talk about instruction and learning with the
people around us. Professional development must be situated in
collaborative and engaging discussion and reflection.

list; instead, we focus on engagement, efficacy, and efficiency.
